Our recreational classes are offered through a convenient monthly membership. Tuition is billed automatically each month at a flat monthly rate, making payments simple and predictable. Your membership reserves your child's spot in class until you choose to withdraw.
Tumbling Program — Ages 5 and up
Our Tumbling Program is designed for both boys and girls 5 years old and up and are skill based, not age based. It is for those looking to improve their tumbling skills in a safe, progressive environment. Whether your athlete participates in cheerleading, dance, other sports, or simply loves tumbling, this class DOES NOT INCORPORATE ANY OTHER APPARATUS, ONLY FLOOR AND TRAMPOLINE.
Our experienced, USA Gymnastics Safety Certified coaches emphasize strong fundamentals and correct progressions to help athletes safely master each skill before moving on to the next level.
Classes meet once per week for one hour.

Class Levels
Beginner Tumbling
No PrerequisitesPerfect for athletes new to tumbling, this class focuses on building a strong foundation through proper body positions, strength, flexibility, and basic tumbling technique. Athletes will work on skills including forward and backward rolls, hand stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers and other fundamental progressions that prepare them for more advanced tumbling.
Intermediate Tumbling
Evaluation / Prerequisites RequiredAthletes in Intermediate Tumbling have mastered the foundational skills and are ready to develop power and technique for flipping skills. Instruction includes back handsprings, front handsprings, aerials, continued strength and conditioning. Prerequisites: a strong, consistent cartwheel, standing round-off, running round-off, and running round-off rebound (jump to back). Athletes must demonstrate all required skills consistently before advancing.
Advanced Tumbling
Evaluation / Coach Approval RequiredOur Advanced Tumbling class is designed for experienced athletes ready to refine technique and develop high-level tumbling combinations. Training focuses on connecting skills into powerful tumbling passes while safely progressing to advanced flipping and twisting skills based on each athlete's individual ability. Skills may include round-off back handspring, punch fronts, layouts, standing back tuck to back handspring series, and additional advanced tumbling combinations. Prerequisites: mastery of all Intermediate skills, including at least two standing back handsprings (without a spot), a running round-off back handspring (without a spot), front handspring, front tuck, and standing back tuck, or coach approval.
