As soon as they can walk! Our Tots Gym classes welcome walkers and up. Parent-child movement classes are perfect for the youngest learners and a great way to get started early.

We offer a free trial class so your child can experience H.U.G.S. before committing to a session. Just create an account on our portal and email us to get scheduled — no obligation at all.

Classes for children under 5 are 45 minutes, and classes for ages 5 and up are 60 minutes. All classes are grouped by age and skill level so every child is working with peers at a similar stage. Our coaches keep things fun, structured, and progressive.

Comfortable athletic wear works great — leotards, shorts, or athletic pants. No jewelry, and bare feet or gymnastics shoes only on the floor. We want kids to move freely and safely.

We bill on a monthly membership basis. Tuition is charged on the 1st of each month and covers all classes in that month. There are no per-class drop-in fees for enrolled students.

When you record an absence in your student portal, a makeup token is automatically issued after the missed class. Tokens are valid for 30 days and can be used to attend any available open class spot. Makeup tokens are only available to actively enrolled students — tokens are forfeited upon ending enrollment.

Yes! We host gymnastics birthday parties that kids absolutely love. Parties include open gym time, use of our equipment, and a party space. Visit our Birthday Parties page to learn more and check availability.

Competitive team placement is by coach invitation based on skill, commitment level, and coachability — not age alone. If you're curious whether your child might be a fit, talk to one of our coaches or reach out through the contact page.
