Pre-K and Kindergym 3-4 years old

Our program integrates gross motor skills, cardio, balance, jumping, trampoline and coordination exercises utilizing junior size equipment such as bars, beams, mats and vaulting blocks.  It also enforces the concepts of following instructions and participating in a structured class. Through repetition, the gymnast will progress at their own ability training with our Safety Certified instructors.

Class meets 1 time per week for 45 minutes for 10 weeks
